The Role As a Developing Engineering Manager, you will support the delivery of complex offshore wind projects while building your management expertise. You will work closely with senior management, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing engineering teams to deliver innovative offshore wind foundation solutions. Support project planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure high-quality outcomes. Contribute to the technical development of designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Participate in risk assessments and project reviews, driving continuous improvement. Develop leadership skills through mentoring, team collaboration, and training opportunities. What We're Looking For A degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field). 4 years of experience in offshore wind, renewable energy, or a related engineering discipline. A strong foundation in offshore wind foundation design and project delivery. A proactive attitude with a desire to take on leadership responsibilities. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD or SAP2000 is desirable.
