We are seeking an Import/Export Administrator to join our Exeter team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating communication between various departments, sub-contractors, and customers to ensure the seamless flow of data and information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain daily contact with customers to assess their service requirements.
2. Ensure customer and partner parameters are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
3. Liaise with transport teams and partners to communicate customer needs and proactively address any discrepancies.
4. Prepare and submit customs documentation accurately.
5. Complete all administrative tasks, including pricing and costing, with precision.
6. Input all relevant information into the system accurately.
7. Print all manifests and ensure all paperwork meets customer and partner specifications.
8. Assist with trailer planning by closely collaborating with colleagues and partners.
9. Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

1. Previous experience or exposure to freight transport, particularly within European road or sea freight operations.
