Job Description Operational Management: • Supervise and support gym managers within the assigned area. • Ensure adherence to Everlast Gyms' operational policies and procedures. • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in gym operations. Commercial Performance: • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals for each gym. • Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location. • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. Staff Management: • Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Customer Service: • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all gyms. • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively. • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience. Marketing and Sales: • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective local marketing strategies. • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement. • Develop and execute sales promotion activities. Compliance and Quality Assurance: • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Everlast Gyms' standards. • Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of services and facilities. • Implement corrective actions as needed.
