Your role What you'll be doing About the team you’ll be working in: We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Manager, based on-site at our state of the art Swindon Office, on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Team Manager you will be working within the customer success group, responsible for improving customer experience in order to drive growth. Within the customer success group there are multiple lines of business, working collaboratively, sharing best practice and ensuring our Corpay^ customer base has the best solutions to suit their business needs. About the role and what you’ll be doing: You will be managing a dedicated portfolio of customers with the aim of retaining and looking to grow revenue and volume and you will recognise opportunities to cross sell from our product portfolio including EV (Electric Vehicles) and our EV Charging solutions. You will be spending your days proactively engaging with your customers and various stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey.
