You will also manage user accounts, configure IT equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security, and contribute to IT process improvements.
What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:
1. Strong experience in 2nd Line IT Support
2. Proficiency managing user accounts in Office 365 and Active Directory
3. Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting endpoint infrastructure
4. Extensive knowledge of IT systems, services, and hardware
5. Ability to configure and maintain IT equipment and mobile devices
6. Experience with IT support documentation and process improvements
