Salary: £15,920 - £18,880 per annum (0.4 FTE). This role is part time 14 hours / 2 days per week, full time salary £39,800 - £47,200 per annum (1.0 FTE).
Contract type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment - Part time (14 hours / 2 days per week).

Main Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with programme teams and presenters to create outstanding content for our audiences, recognising digital opportunities to help our content travel further.
You will find and develop interesting stories from all walks of life in all corners of the county, develop partnerships with communities, and design and implement outreach projects.
You’ll support major projects including the Make A Difference Awards and our Christmas Carol Concert, connecting with hard-to-reach groups in Suffolk.
Are you the right candidate?
* You’ll need extensive knowledge of the communities in Suffolk and ideas about working with organizations to highlight their work.
* Great editorial judgement to spot and turn a story into creative content is essential.
* Experience of project and event management is required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to establish new relationships are a must.
* You’ll have significant journalism and radio programming experience.
