Warehouse Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will take full accountability for the management of the day-to-day operations in the warehouse. You will be responsible for three Warehouse Supervisors and their teams across three shifts. Your goal is to ensure the warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently in line with the changing demands and needs of the business.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years warehouse/logistics experience
2. Experience working in a multi-temperature food manufacturing environment
3. Excellent Health & Safety knowledge within a warehouse environment
4. Proven leadership skills with a proactive attitude
5. Ability to meet strict despatching deadlines on a daily basis
6. Experience working with UK Major Multiple Retailers within the UK and Abroad
7. IT literate with hands-on experience of computerized stock management systems (ERP/MRP)
Benefits Package:
A starting salary between £40,000 - £45,000 with opportunities for technical advancement and a Health & Wellbeing Program.
