Salary :Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Role Purpose To provide high-quality support to the CEO, acting as the voice and face of the CEO both internally and externally. The role requires independent thinking, a systematic and calm approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Point of Contact: Serve as the initial contact for clients and colleagues, discerning issues requiring escalation to the CEO. Diary Management: Efficiently manage and prioritise the CEOs schedule, ensuring all meeting materials are prepared in advance. Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Utilise diary color-coding to schedule and confirm client review meetings. Prepare comprehensive meeting packs, including valuations and necessary documents via OneNote. Track and organise meeting notes uploaded to OneNote by the CEO. Accurately update client meeting records in Salesforce. Draft and distribute post-meeting correspondence based on CEOs notes. Client Interaction: Welcome and assist clients during onsite meetings, managing visitor sign-in and display screens. Send appropriate cards to clients for celebrations or condolences. Address routine client queries and issues promptly. Client Portfolio Administration: Maintain exemplary standards in CEOs portfolio administration, ensuring compliance with review schedules. Coordinate valuations and wealth reports as needed. Administrative Support: Provide occasional assistance to the Managing Director as required. Requirements : Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and OneNote (or similar systems). Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of client service. Professional demeanour with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
