We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our busy IT department. We are seeking a highly motivated, talented and experienced IT professional to complement our industry leading Digital Team as an IT Systems Administrator. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be an integral part of the IT Support Team, providing a first-class service to our business and ensuring the customers' needs are met promptly.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. They will be expected to provide 1st/2nd line support to the business by administering IT systems and implementing support processes and efficiencies using automation. Additionally, there will be opportunities to be involved in the technical delivery of projects with a strong emphasis on security and resilience, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide desktop support and software configuration
* Liaise with internal teams and third-party support providers to facilitate support processes
* Administer LAN including DHCP, DNS, and Firewall
* Deploy, install, and configure Windows 11 clients to standard specifications
* Manage On-premise AD and Entra ID
* Administer Microsoft Navision
* Manage Office 365 administration
* Document IT processes and procedures
* Support project work including analysis, design, testing, and implementation
* Follow all communications from head office and others to ensure necessary actions are taken for the pharmacy and customers
* Perform any reasonable requests from appropriate personnel
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing suggestions with the relevant person
Experience and Skills Required
* ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification
* MS MCPs / MTAs qualifications
* Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 (Field Service/Business Central)
* Knowledge of MS Navision
* Minimum 2 years supporting Microsoft products: Windows desktops (Win10 & Win11), Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Microsoft 365 suite including Teams and OneDrive
* Good phone system administration skills
* Understanding of networking including subnets, routing, and diagnostics
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Qualifications
* Five GCSEs including Maths and English at grades A*-C or equivalent
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across departments
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with flexibility
