My client is a well-established firm operating in the Hastings area. Due to growth and an internal move, they are looking for a new Finance Manager EMEIA to join the team.
Job Description
As the Finance Manager EMEIA, your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage the Accounting operations of the organisation
2. Lead the Accounting Team (5 in total)
3. Maintain system and implement any process improvements
4. Drive a timely and accurate month-end close
5. Perform responsibilities in line with accounting standards as well as US GAAP
6. Review all account reconciliations monthly
7. Lead internal and external audits
8. Manage annual budgeting process
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in your application for Finance Manager EMEIA, you should be:
1. ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified or experience working at an equivalent level
2. Competent with Accounting standards - US GAAP advantageous
3. Experienced in managing both UK and abroad entities
4. Experienced in managing a small team
5. Experienced with consolidated accounts
What's on Offer
If you are successful in your application, you can expect:
1. Salary between circa £60,000 - £70,000
