Are you a talented Refrigeration Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in Inverness?
Join our dynamic team and be a crucial part of safeguarding properties and lives across Lancashire and Cumbria. As a Refrigeration Engineer with us, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems across various sites across the Inverness.
Location: Inverness (Mobile)
Salary: Competitive (up to £46,000 depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday

Duties:
6. Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.
7. Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
8. Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
9. Order spares to the laid-down procedures.
10. Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
11. Ensure that compliance documentation is always completed and up to date.
12. Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by City management.
13. Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's technical competence in accordance with current specifications.
Requirements:
14. Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer, preferably in a commercial setting
15. Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds or equivalent)
16. Knowledge of various types of refrigeration systems and associated equipment
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
18. Full UK driving licence
