This role as Head of People and Culture will lead the People Strategy and champion a positive, inclusive, and empowering workplace culture. This senior leadership role will drive organisational development, employee engagement, and workforce wellbeing to support their mission of transforming lives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative people strategies aligned with the values and strategic objectives. Lead on organisational culture initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Oversee HR operations, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices. Drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. Lead leadership development, learning, and succession planning initiatives. Advise the Executive Team on workforce planning and change management. Champion staff wellbeing, mental health, and resilience programmes. About You: You are a proven senior leader with experience in People, HR, or Organisational Development roles. You have a good understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and change management. You are able to demonstrate experience in fostering inclusive and positive workplace cultures. You have succeeded because you have exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Your CIPD qualification/continuing professional development support you to deliver the best HR service to the business You are passionate, enthusiastic, visionary and focussed.
