Quality Assurance Manager | Aerospace | NADCAP | AS9100 Location: Newbury Excellent salary plus benefits: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a historic aerospace manufacturing company in the Newbury area. This organisation is steeped in history and supply some of the world’s leading Aerospace, as well as Automotive and F1 companies which are all household names. They now seek a Quality Assurance Manager to develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance. This Quality Assurance Manager is perfectly suited for someone who has worked within an Aerospace manufacturer and possesses experience with NADCAP and AS9100 processes. You will be given the opportunity to define and specify the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. This role involves supporting quality team to implement quality processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. The successful Quality Assurance Manager will need Quality Assurance Management experience within an Aerospace manufacturer or supplier coupled with the experience of working with NEDCAP and AS9100. The following experience is also required: Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams. Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Professional certification in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related field.
