We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced clinician to support Integrated Geriatric and Stroke Medicine with the governance agenda. The successful candidate will assist the Directorates to co-ordinate the management of all clinical/non-clinical risk for theCCA Group. Other duties are to work closely with the Governance team, Matrons and Service Leads to ensure that incidents are reported, investigated, and escalated within timescales and in accordance with PSIRF and Duty of Candour requirements and facilitate appropriate learning responses.
