It involves: The publishing and monitoring of our services on the e-RS website Ensuring referrals via e-RS are dealt with and triaged quickly & efficiently and within the constraints of the 18-Week Referral-To-Treatment pathway Registering and booking appointments using e-RS and the hospitals Patient Management IT System Reviewing work lists on Choose and Book to ensure they are appropriately addressed, and referrals are managed in a timely manner Generating and submitting data quality reports weekly and monthly reports Effectively utilising resources to maximise the use of available clinics slots, ensuring clinics are filled to the agreed capacity. This will involve contacting patients to fill available slots Type and distribute clinical letters as necessary and work across departments within the hospital (Notes, Radiology, Appointments, Ward, Theatre etc.) to provide reports in a timely manner The successful candidates will have: A university degree awarded from a reputable university Competent in the use of information technology (particularly MS Office package) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and independently as required Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Planning, prioritisation and organisational skills independently and within a multi-disciplinary team Salary: £23,400 per annum We are proud to be offering this opportunity as both a Disability Confident Committed and Real Living Wage employer.
