Car Park Intercom Operator – Kingston – £13.15 per hour – Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Available!

About the Role:
As a Car Park Intercom Operator, you will be the first point of contact for all queries received through the car park intercom system. You will ensure a smooth and professional experience for members of the public and support the operational efficiency of our car park services.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls via the car park intercom and provide excellent customer service.
2. Maintain and update car park databases with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Assist the contract manager and supervisors with basic office duties as required.
4. Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and best practices at all times.
5. Undertake any additional duties as necessary or requested, ensuring a high standard of work.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is bright, enthusiastic, and professional with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner.
2. Good computer skills, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
4. Previous experience in a helpdesk or receptionist role is desirable.
5. Self-motivated, articulate, and able to work on your own initiative.
6. Smart, professional appearance with strong analytical and organizational skills.
7. Positive, outgoing, and persuasive in communication.

Working Hours:
We are pleased to offer both full-time and part-time options to suit your availability:
1. Full-Time: Monday to Thursday, 07:00-17:00 (40 hours per week)
2. Part-Time: Friday, 07:00-17:00; Saturday, 07:00-19:00; Sunday, 10:00-22:00 (34 hours per week)
Please note these hours and shifts are subject to change based on business needs, with the potential for extra hours from time to time. Flexibility is essential in this role.
