Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis.
Ideally with a background in banking and administration, you will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration, bookkeeping and Secretarial Matters.
Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business as they transition into their next stage of growth.
Key Duties:
* Bookkeeping duties
* Support with Company Secretarial Matters
* Preparing, reviewing and monitoring payments and invoices
* VAT returns and year-end accounting
* AML & KYC procedures
* Updating and maintaining CRM and databases
* Liaising with solicitors on behalf of the company
* Maintaining accurate records
The right person:
* Background in banking/commercial lending
* Previous Administration experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas
* Experience with Xero
* Highly organised
* Good eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
