We’ve gained presence in the engineering market across Design & Development, Manufacturing & Production, Maintenance & Repair, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, and Field Service, and now we need an additional recruiter to meet market demands! You’ll recruit across Coventry, Birmingham, Wolverhampton & Warwick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
* Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, match them with job opportunities and take them to market!
* Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
