Permanent: 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday

The Opportunity/Role
Reporting to the UK Supply Chain Director, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects relating to CAPEX, IT and process improvement programs in line with deadlines and budget across the UK. Responsibilities include:
1. Define and develop project delivery lifecycle processes and implement repeatable delivery practices through the delivery teams.
2. Define processes necessary for a structured, repeatable delivery adherence to the project and management of the delivery governance framework
3. Identify solutions to those problems that are identified.Lead from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
4. Align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience
5. Build and develop matrix project team to ensure maximum performance while balancing business as usual functional requirements, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
6. Coordinate with EMEA and Manufacturing project and engineering teams to engage efficiencies and aligned strategies as possible.
Requirements:
7. Experienced in devising and implementing repeatable delivery practices throughout the delivery teams.
8. Professional certification such as Prince2 or MSP preferred. Holders of PMP or Agile certifications also considered
9. Proven project management experience in supply chain or logistics within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Largescale capex project experience preferred
10. Experience managing project budgets
