OCR is one of the leading awarding organisations in the UK, offering a wide range of GCSEs, A levels and vocational qualifications, and we are looking for a future focussed UK Education Director of Marketing & Brand to lead the marketing strategy that delivers for our learners and customers. CEM is a leading provider of diagnostic and formative assessments.

We're looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing & Brand to lead our UK Education marketing strategy.
Key accountabilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
2. Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to prioritise efforts.
3. Optimise marketing capabilities and processes.
4. Lead go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
5. Drive customer and market research.
6. Set and track marketing KPIs.
7. Inspire, guide and train the marketing team.
About You:
8. Degree or equivalent professional experience.
9. Proven track record in brand and marketing strategy.
10. Expertise in leading diverse marketing teams.
11. Strong understanding of customer experience, media activation, and data-driven marketing.
