We are looking for a Production Lead to join our in house Production team due to the growth of the agency. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Production, you will take ownership of the entire production journey for some of our most complex projects, from initial conception through to successful on-site execution. You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly, meeting the highest standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. Role Responsibilities The main responsibilities of this role will include: Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process for a variety of live brand experience projects. Work closely with the Head of Production to implement best practices and optimise workflows, budgets, and timelines. Work closely with the project management, client services and creative teams. Offering expert guidance on event production to ensure successful delivery of projects and pitches. Manage supplier relationships and negotiations to optimise costs and quality. Ensure all projects adhere to health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and industry best practices. Proactively address project challenges, identifying and implementing effective solutions. Keep up to date with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to enhance production capabilities. Drive sustainability initiatives within event production, minimising environmental impact. Skills and Experience Proven experience in a senior production role within a creative events agency, live events, or experiential marketing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively. Extensive knowledge of technical production, scenic manufacturing and event technology. Significant experience of budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills. Experience of operating internationally including an understanding of regional differences and challenges. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to perform under pressure. Proven experience of negotiation and supplier management skills. Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements. Other Information This role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office (based in Marlow, Bucks).
