What you'll be doing: As a Learning & Development Design Consultant you will design and deliver learning solutions for our Operations colleagues. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective learning content leveraging a variety of digital tools and techniques as well as more traditional content creation. Collaborate with L&D team members, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop and deliver learning solutions. Analyse learning needs and design effective learning solutions, including e-learning modules, digital guides, workshops and blended learning programmes Developing engaging and interactive content, incorporating a variety of media formats (eg video, audio, text and interactive elements and preferably Articulate. Create high quality e-learning modules & other digital learning using authoring tools from our LMS system and preferably Articulate. Develop engaging and informative supported and self led learning with instructional materials including job aids, checklists and guides. Design and deliver virtual and in person training. What we’re looking for: Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theories and instructional design Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and other digital creation platforms preferably Articulate.
