Role Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with GMP experience who is passionate about training and development. As an Associate GMP Trainer, you will support the Training team in delivering GMP training to manufacturing staff, ensuring they meet compliance and operational standards in a regulated environment.
Please note this is a fully onsite role based from our GMP manufacturing site in Stevenage.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in training operators on GMP procedures and best practices.
* Support the design and delivery of engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual).
* Help develop training materials and interactive learning tools.
* Conduct GMP inductions for new starters.
* Work with experienced trainers to support knowledge transfer between departments.
* Contribute to maintaining a structured GMP training program with regular updates.
* Use a Learning Management System (LMS) to support training administration.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.

* Hands-on experience in a GMP environment. (E)

* Excellent communication and presentation skills. (E)
* Highly organized with good attention to detail. (E)
* Self-motivated and a strong team player. (E)
* Ability to follow SOPs accurately. (E)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. (E)
* Experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting. (P)
* Familiarity with biopharmaceutical and cell-based techniques. (P)
* Previous experience supporting training initiatives. (P)
* Understanding of adult learning principles. (P)
* Experience using e-learning tools such as Articulate. (P)
