Finance Officer – VAT & Fixed Assets The role is permanent with a starting salary of £33,215 a year, rising to £36,812 per annum after key competencies of the role are met. Criteria for Role: The successful candidate will have a degree level qualification, working towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have at least 2 years of professional experience working in a finance team. Will be competent in carrying out a role of a similar nature with experience of producing financial and management reporting information, in an environment where data is used to drive unbiassed recommendations and decisions. The role of Finance Officer – VAT & Fixed Assets is a pivotal role as you will be accountable for the preparation and issuing of monthly VAT returns. This role is an integral part of the finance department, providing expert technical VAT compliance knowledge to the finance team and the wider organisation at all levels to influence decisions.
