We are seeking a proactive and analytical performance marketing exec with a desire to work on B2B paid search and social media channels, including Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta. This role is ideal for candidates with approximately 1 year of experience in performance marketing. You will play a critical role in day-to-day campaign management, optimisations, reporting, and generating actionable insights to improve performance and achieve business outcomes. Approximately 1 year of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B context. Working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. General understanding of the use of ad tech and mar tech platforms and tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM integrations, and UTM implementation). Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data and insights. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively. A proactive and innovative attitude with a passion for learning and improving. The Role: Campaign Management & Optimisation Manage, monitor, and optimise paid search and social campaigns to meet performance objectives. Conduct daily performance checks and make proactive recommendations to improve results across key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Work with senior performance team to maximise management and optimisation Collaborate with creative teams to refine ad copy, visuals, and messaging based on performance insights. Strategic Planning & Execution Work with senior performance team to support the development and implementation of paid search and social strategies aligned with client objectives. Assist in conducting competitive and market analyses to inform tactical recommendations. Execute A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Reporting & Insights Create and maintain performance reports to highlight campaign results and key metrics. Analyse data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and communicate these effectively to internal teams and clients. Contribute to quarterly and annual performance reviews with detailed findings and improvement plans. Continuous Learning & Development Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and social marketing. Attend industry webinars, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skillsets.
