Joining us as Sessional Lecturer, your focus will be to teach vocational courses related to HR, predominantly at Level 3 and 5. The specific required areas of HR are; Essentials of People Practice, Core Behaviours for People Professionals, Business Culture and Change in Context. The role is about providing a high-quality student experience and outstanding outcomes in HR, and encompasses working on teaching schemes, assessment schedules (including coursework) and student monitoring. Do you hold a professional HR qualification (such as CIPD) and/or have experience of a HR role? Have you taught HR at Level 3 and/or Level 5 and have knowledge of Essentials of People Practice, Core Behaviours for People Professionals, Business Culture and Change in Context?
