We are excited to be working with a power and distribution manufacturer in Leeds looking for an ERP Transformational Lead to assist them in their move to a new Enterprise Resource Planning system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365!
Driving this programme in a business-critical role, you will lead the engagement with internal stakeholders, working with a company that is on a mission to provide technology-leading power solutions to influence and advance decarbonisation, whilst ensuring excellence throughout every customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the liaison between the ERP implementation partner, internal IT team, and end business users, both in the UK and India.
2. Coordinate ERP testing and training sessions for end users.
3. Document business processes and requirements, and track progress to targets.
4. Manage communications and updates on project status to stakeholders.
5. Arrange and prepare materials and notes for key project meetings.
6. Ensure all aspects of the ERP implementation are delivered to scope, on time and within budget.
Your Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
1. 3+ years prior implementation experience and high proficiency in Dynamics 365 ERP system implementation in a manufacturing business.
2. Demonstrable project management experience in ERP enterprise project life cycle environment, including the management of planning, budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality.
3. In-depth knowledge of the D365 system with experience in helping to develop, design and configure solutions.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
5. Ability to create a training plan and mentor others in the company on project management.
