Internal Sales Coordinator Job in Ferndown
Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established manufacturing company in the Ferndown area. We are looking for a new Internal Sales Coordinator to join their thriving head office. The Internal Sales Coordinator will join a focused and friendly team, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skillset while providing support across a variety of projects. Our client is open to considering both trainee level candidates and those with previous sales coordination experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and helping with all enquiries as required
* Ordering samples from suppliers
* Working with the estimating team to ensure quotes are sent out on time
* Working with the project office to ensure all information has been received
* Chasing clients for projects/orders
* Chasing clients for information required by the reps
* Reaching out to architects to arrange meetings for the reps/send them information
* Liaising with sales reps who are on the road
* Preparing and sending out product information to the reps and/or customers
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong administration and processing skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Flexibility to work across different duties
* Confident communication skills
* Computer literate using a CRM
Salary and Benefits:
* A salary of 25,000 per annum
