The Role – Compliance Coordinator:
In this varied and impactful role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the organisation continues to meet regulatory, ethical, and quality standards. You will:

Carry out compliance checks and audits related to end-point assessment

Review documentation and update supporting materials
*
Monitor data to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement
*
Support with quality assurance tasks, including standardisation activities
*
Assist with investigations into complaints, appeals, and malpractice
*
Maintain accurate records, including conflicts of interest and centre lists
*
Help drive a culture of continuous improvement across the business
This is a remote working role with occasional travel for team days, offering the perfect mix of autonomy and collaboration.
The Ideal Candidate:
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

Experience in a compliance or quality role within apprenticeships or EPA
*
A solid understanding of Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition
*
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confidence using technology to monitor and report on compliance
