The Company:
I-texo is a well-established construction recruitment agency, covering Trades & Labour, Groundworks & Civils, White Collar across the Home Counties. We aim to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing a flexible, honest service and supplying quality candidates.
The Role:
We're looking for someone that already has recruitment experience that can dive in and help drive the business forwards from a sales perspective. You will be mainly running a desk for blue collar trades and groundworks/civils, whilst at the same time becoming involved in business decision making and processes moving forwards.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all recruitment needs.
2. Build a pipeline of prospective clients.
3. Conduct regular candidate sourcing and headhunting activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
4. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and referencing candidates to placing them on site ensuring timesheets are signed and returned on time.
5. Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations for the best recruitment solutions.
6. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
2. Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing/referencing and offer management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
4. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
6. Passion for the recruitment industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
7. Highly motivated, keen to develop and help achieve business growth.
Package:
1. Salary £25,000 - £40,000 Negotiable upon experience.
2. Competitive commission and bonus structure.
