Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
* Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees.
* Support managers with performance management, training, and development initiatives.
* Lead HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and company culture.
* Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
* Maintain accurate HR records and produce insightful reports.
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
