Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities Serve as a key member of Bazaar Sales Team, leading a 5-6 member seller acquisition team and drive business growth in assigned market. Own the seller success charter to drive inputs quality of launch and monitor the input-output correlations. Liaise with Category, Account Management and Product team to implement SX improvements. Own the defect reduction in execution especially focused on perfect onboarding and post launch experience. Leverage CRM and sales tools to build and review the sales pipeline. Own, review and align leadership inputs on Sales acquisition strategy. Pilot new interventions to bring about disruption and a differential Customer/Seller Experience. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bengaluru, KA, IND Basic Qualifications More than 4 years of experience in Account Management / inside sales and last 2 years in People Management. Post-graduation is Preferred. Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interactions. Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven. Experience in developing, directing, and managing a group of individuals including managing career growth. Experience in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Experience devising and communicating administrative and procedural decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with e-commerce, SME retailers, advertising, or media. Experience in organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments. Experience developing, planning, and implementing short and long-range goals (both for individuals and for the team). Passion for delivering a positive Customer experience.
