The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of payroll tasks, contributing to the seamless operation of the department for a minimum of 18-months. Description Hybrid Payroll Advisor (FTC) Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy Coordinate with HR to ensure correct employee data Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc. Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Participate in payroll audits Manage benefits and pension schemes Profile Hybrid Payroll Advisor (FTC) should have: Proven experience as a Payroll Advisor or similar role Knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel) Great attention to detail An analytical mind and good numeracy skills Excellent communication skills Happy to work within a large team Comfortable working in the office (Reading) 2x per week Job Offer Hybrid Payroll Advisor (FTC) Salary: c. £33,000 - £35,000 per annum (DoE) 37.5 hours per week, adjustable start and finish time to accommodate for external factors Hybrid working: 2x days in office, 3x days WFH A vibrant company culture that encourages professional growth Opportunities for career development within the business services industry Free parking on site (Reading) Great public transport links Working in a fantastic team 18-month FTC
