Duties Answer incoming phone calls as first point of contact with Customers Raising Sales Quotations and pro forma invoices onto Sage Input Sales Orders onto Sage, Sending order confirmations to Customers Converting Sales orders to invoices once despatched Deal with and reply to emails and inquiries for products Liaise with factory re stock levels and production orders Make outgoing sales calls Plan activities to maximise use of time most economically and effectively. Promote technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback into future product developments. Build rapport with Customers Maintain records of returns for testing and possible credit, following up with customers where repairs are chargeable, or crediting where required Updating and maintaining spreadsheets Requirements Experience on Sage - essential Sales/Sales ledger experience If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
