This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on supporting students and promoting positive behaviour within a structured and nurturing environment. As an Inclusion Unit Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining a calm and respectful learning atmosphere, helping to implement behaviour strategies, and providing guidance to students who require additional support. You will contribute to fostering an inclusive school culture where every student has the opportunity to succeed. About the Behaviour Department: The school’s Behaviour Department is committed to upholding high expectations, ensuring a safe and structured learning environment for all students. A clear system of expectations, warnings, and sanctions is in place to support positive behaviour, including the use of a RESET room when students require additional intervention. About You: We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young people. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of two years’ experience working with children, ideally in a secondary school setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A solid understanding of behaviour management strategies and the ability to build positive relationships with students This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in pastoral care, behavioural support, or classroom assistance and are looking to make a real difference in students' lives.
