Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and effective delivery of the Association’s Integrated Asset Management Strategy.
2. Develop responses to the challenges of improving energy efficiency and addressing net zero requirements.
3. Ensure delivery of affordable warmth across the Association’s varied stock archetypes.
4. Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team.
5. Lead the Asset and Investment teams in maintaining stock condition information to inform the development and delivery of the Association’s major repairs programme.
