We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment and possess strong administrative and coordination skills. This role plays a crucial part in supporting project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Administrator role:
* Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring all project documentation is up to date and well-organised.
* Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
* Maintain records of budgets, expenses, and project timelines.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project-related correspondence.
* Identify and resolve administrative challenges within the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements of the Project Administrator role:
* Proven experience in a project administration role within a manufacturing or similar industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
