The Role
Sureserve has an opportunity for a driven and professional Executive Assistant, based from our head office in Holborn, London, covering a period of maternity leave.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive members, Chair & Group CEO, CFO, and COO, ensuring seamless operations and providing best-in-class service to support both their teams and individuals that they work with.
The Executive Assistant will proactively support and anticipate needs and understand priorities. They will coordinate daily schedules/calendars, prepare for executive meetings, manage travel, and oversee assigned projects or activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritise executives’ calendars, inboxes, and communications.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, and prepare necessary materials.
* Arrange complex travel itineraries and schedules.
* Handle sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.
* Maintain and foster a collaborative, positive environment at our Holborn office.
* Ensure flexibility to support executives effectively onsite as required.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Proven experience in managing complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Expertise in managing complex travel arrangements and shifting priorities.
* Strong judgment, time management, and the ability to handle shifting priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
