Area Sales Manager Location: Sheffield, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Hull Salary: £34,450.00 Base Salary Uncapped Commission (OTE £25,000 -£30,000) Car Home Office Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to promote and sell our full range of products and services. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth within your designated area. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, carers, and end-users. Research and identify potential new customers while retaining existing ones. Respond promptly to customer and colleague communications, ensuring excellent service. Product Expertise & Training Be fully conversant with the sales strategies and clinical applications of all products. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for clinicians, carers, families, and end-users. Provide timely and accurate quotations for customers. Sales Planning & Reporting Plan and achieve a minimum of four appointments per day to maximize sales opportunities. Record business activities on the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress. Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required to represent the brand and stay updated on industry trends. Customer Satisfaction & Compliance Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards. Adhere to company policies on travel and business expenses, maintaining accurate records. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in a sales role, ideally 2 years with a consultative approach ✅ Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. ✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a busy schedule effectively. ✅ Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
