About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at our independent mental health hospital, you will develop and lead therapy services to deliver exceptional care and support for our patients. Your focus will be on enhancing their well-being through evidence-based interventions and collaborative teamwork.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychological needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans.
* Deliver high-quality therapy sessions that cater to individual patients' needs, promoting independence and improved functional abilities.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
* Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Proven experience in mental health occupational therapy, preferably within an inpatient setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with relevant legislation and guidelines, such as the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.
Working Hours: Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week.
Salary Range: To be discussed during the interview process, based on experience and qualifications.
