You will work as an autonomous practitioner, undertaking specialist assessment and treatment which is evidence-based, and delivering this efficiently and effectively with regards to clinical priorities and the use of time. You will agree individual rehabilitation programmes based on patient-led outcomes, utilising both your skills and that of the wider multi-disciplinary team to achieve maximum potential. This role also affords the opportunity to assist the Physiotherapy Leads / Team Leads to develop and maintain a service structure that delivers best practice, assist in the development of training, guidelines and innovations which may benefit the service. As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills both clinically and from a leadership perspective benefitting from expertise within both the acute and community teams. We therefore particularly encourage applications from candidates who are likely to be underrepresented in LCHS' workforce. LCHS recognises the increasing demand for more flexibility in working practices in order to accommodate the personal goals and commitments that employees experience at different stages during their working lives. Flexible working opportunities such as part-time working, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid working models can help staff to balance their personal and work commitments.
