We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join our small but growing office team. The role will be to assist our claims department working within the appeals team.
Key elements of the role will include:
1. Working within our claims team.
2. Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation.
3. Responding to recipients by analysing case-by-case data while maintaining our company standards.
4. Liaise with clients and other relevant parties to gather necessary information.
5. Communicating with and obtaining information from our clients.
6. Complying with GDPR guidelines.
7. Handling sensitive information with discretion.
To be successful, you don't have to have previous experience; however, you do need to demonstrate:
1. Great written and verbal communication skills.
2. An ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Basic understanding of common computer programmes.
