My client is looking for a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their conveyancing team in Ewell, Surrey.
You will be needed to assist Fee Earners in the performance of their role in the Department. The successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of conveyancing matters. You should have strong communication skills and good organisational and time management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Providing full support to our Conveyancing Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently
2. Preparing correspondence using our case management system
3. Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
4. Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
5. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
6. Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
7. Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
1. 1+ years experience in a conveyancing setting
2. Excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing
3. Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation
4. Possess high levels of speed and accuracy
5. Good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person
6. Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable
