Working in a paperless environment with a cutting-edge case management system, we are making conveyancing more efficient and client-centric. You will play a key role in ensuring system access is available, and issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner The role: What you'll be doing Provide technical support to end users, both remotely and in person Helps users resolve issues with computer systems. Manage software licenses, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, Sets up and tests new hardware, and installs necessary software. Assists with system performance, software bugs, malfunctioning hardware, and basic computer troubleshooting What do we need from you? An academic IT qualification is ideal (but not essential) Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Software and Operating Systems. Excellent customer service skills, including logging and escalating issues. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments. Ability to follow documented procedures and contribute to their improvement.
