Grafton Banks Finance is supporting a well-established company in Manchester, to hire a Finance Assistant on an initial temporary basis with view to be made permanent. This role will support both the finance and customer service teams with a variety of invoicing and billing tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities:
* Check daily sales invoices for accuracy.
* Upload private insurance invoices onto Healthcode for payment.
* Record and process payments, including card payments over the phone.
* Enter invoices and file them in Sage.
* Record all bank transactions.
* Respond to patient inquiries and handle requests.
* Take payments when needed.
* Assist the Financial Controller and finance team with daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will:
* Work in the office full-time, 5 days a week.
* Have experience using Sage.
* Be experienced within credit control and billing.
* Have experience in facilities management.
