We have an exciting opportunity at our warm and welcoming nursery in Crawley. We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to become part of our vibrant team. This flexible role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, allowing you to choose a schedule that works for you (1-4 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Keep parents informed by providing regular updates on their child's progress
* Ensure the safety, well-being, and welfare of all children
* Encourage children's development through engaging and creative activities
* Maintain detailed records of children's developmental milestones
* Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a positive environment
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (CACHE Level 3, NNEB) (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 candidates will also be considered, especially with experience in baby or toddler care
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare setting (essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
* Experience with online learning journals (advantageous, but not essential)
Working Hours:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
* Part-time options available (1-4 days per week)
