Job Description Summary Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for managing People Operations framework for all of GE Vernova's BUs including education & awareness, escalation management, WD support & governance & BU Ops projects. You will lead a team of delivery managers who will be a key contact between HR Partners and GEV People Operations to make sure processes and projects run smoothly & all escalations are resolved within SLA. You will have a strategic role in leading the compliance, productivity and efficiency of HR processes and tools through the lens of BUs. You will organizes knowledge sharing to convey information about new approaches and best practices. Leverages expertise to influence a range of stakeholders and other providers to ensure delivery of strategic priorities. Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible, as well lead team responsible, for responding to employee and HR service requests, direct entry and processing of transactions into HR systems, and management of escalations and questions. Includes areas such as: employee data management, employee lifecycle management, HR systems help desk, business relations, escalations, change management, Special data requests, mass changes, WD security, data audits, operational support to annual HR business processes etc. - Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in HR operations within GEV. Serves as best practice/quality resource for BUs. Has awareness of latest developments in each area & contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility. Including leading business towards transformative & progressive changes in choice of systems, process and service administrative vendors. - Support BU HR related projects, such as reorg, legal entity simplification projects, acquisitions & dispositions. Communicate complex messages and negotiates internally with POps/BUs to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and limited negotiation with external partners, vendors, or customers. - Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages about HR Operations related items to others HR colleagues and to other functions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. - Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field. - Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Required Qualifications - Master's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience(or a high school diploma / GED with at least significant experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)). - Significant prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in Service-oriented environment - preferably Payroll & Benefits, and/or People Operations. - Fluency in English knowledge both verbal and written. If contracted in the US: The salary range for this position is $120,700.00 - 180,000 USD annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
