Factory Manager – Shropshire Salary: Up to c.£60,000 (DOE) Looking for your next move in Production or Operations management? About the Role Reporting to the Site Director, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and delivering improvements across the site. Leading a team of five direct reports, with an overall headcount of around 120, your responsibilities will include: Leading from the front, spending time on the shop floor to develop and motivate your team while supporting the Site Director in delivering strategy. Empowering teams and fostering a high-performance culture where people take ownership and drive continuous improvement. Driving efficiencies by working cross-functionally to achieve KPIs, improve processes, and ensure top-quality food production. Collaborating with the CI Manager to promote a proactive, solutions-focused environment. Championing safety and ensuring all operations align with best practices and HSE legislation. About You This role would suit a Production Manager ready to step up or an Operations Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a business that is growing and evolving. You’ll be a great fit if you have: Leadership experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideally in chilled, high-care, or bakery.
