* We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in software development utilizing C#, the .NET Framework, and .NET technologies. You should be skilled in developing WPF applications and experienced in designing applications that are multi-threaded and/or multi-process. An understanding of synchronization challenges in multi-threaded environments is essential. Familiarity with Visual Studio and competence in using Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications at a user level is required. Additionally, knowledge of RS232 communication protocols is advantageous. A degree in a relevant area such as Software or Electronic Engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will develop and design software solutions to implement product changes and enable new product offerings. You will create and implement software for interface and communication systems while designing, developing, and executing unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and enhancing existing software written in C#, identifying, analyzing, and resolving software defects. You will utilize Git for source code management and employ task tracking systems like Trello to manage issues and coordinate development efforts. You will analyze and resolve design challenges, propose effective solutions, and install and configure development tools, including IDEs and source code control systems. Furthermore, you will create comprehensive documentation for both new and existing code, as well as interfaces.

This position is based in Bristol, requiring you to work on-site three days a week. The starting salary for this role is up to £60,000, depending on your experience.
