Junior HR Business Partner Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior HR Business Partner to join our team at LHH. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients on a wide range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employment law, policies, and procedures.
* Assist with the preparation and checking of case management paperwork, including attendance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
* Communicate HR information to managers, trade union representatives, and peers on various HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar HR role with up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
* Ability to deliver effective business support activities within a busy HR team.
* Excellent communication and data inputting skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office suite.
